Other risky professions are in transportation â€" taxi and truck drivers both make CareerCast’s most dangerous jobs list â€" as well as healthcare. Perhaps surprisingly, both human and animal healthcare workers are at risk, with the top 10 list including nursing assistants as well as veterinarians. “Animals can be unpredictable,” CareerCast’s online content editor Kyle Kensing said in a statement.
